1General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between ccpoker (https://ccpoker.bet) and its users. By accessing ccpoker or creating an account, you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms of this agreement.

Ccpoker is an online betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming authority licence, open to users in Bangladesh and other approved regions.

• Ccpoker reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the service following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use ccpoker's services.
• Access from any restricted region is strictly prohibited.

2Account Policy

Each individual is permitted a maximum of one account on ccpoker. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact ccpoker support immediately.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Company employees are not permitted to hold an account on ccpoker.

3Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus offer at ccpoker comes with its own set of terms. Please read the full conditions of any offer carefully before claiming a bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirement — typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots 100%, Live Casino 20%).
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Ccpoker reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse is suspected, such as low-risk betting strategies.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.

4Payment Policy

All deposit and withdrawal policies on ccpoker are clearly defined. The following rules apply to payments:

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum daily limits vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account.
• Ccpoker does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though the payment gateway may apply its own charges.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Depositing and withdrawing without placing wagers of equal or greater value may be flagged as suspected money laundering and trigger an account review.

5Betting Rules

Before participating in Sports Betting or casino games on ccpoker, please read the following rules carefully:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash out feature is available).
• Ccpoker reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the relevant rules apply (see Section 8 for details).
• Any account suspected of bet syndication or coordinated manipulation will be subject to investigation.
• The maximum win limit per bet is determined by the odds and bet type.

6KYC & Identity Verification

Ccpoker follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all users — this is in place for your security as much as ours.

• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Required documents: National ID (NID) or passport, selfie (with ID), and proof of address.
• Verification is typically completed within 1–2 business days of document submission.
• Once KYC is completed, it generally does not need to be repeated unless your information changes.
• For large withdrawals, ccpoker may request additional verification.

7VIP Program Terms & Conditions

The ccpoker VIP Loyalty Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with its own set of exclusive benefits.

• VIP points are earned based on your betting volume — a set number of points is added for every ৳1,000 wagered.
• Points can be redeemed for bonus credits, free spins, or special offers.
• Tier evaluations are conducted monthly — your tier may be downgraded if you do not meet the required points.
• Gold+ members receive a dedicated personal account manager.
• VIP points cannot be transferred to another account or sold.

8Tournament & Leaderboard Rules

Ccpoker regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard competitions, each governed by its own specific rules.

• The minimum participation requirements for each tournament (such as minimum number of bets or bet amount) are announced in advance.
• Leaderboard prizes will be credited to the winner's account within 48 hours.
• If a tournament is suspended or cancelled due to technical issues, ccpoker will arrange alternative prizes.
• In the case of equal points or scores, the player who achieved that total first will be ranked higher.
• If fraudulent activity is proven — such as the use of bots or account sharing — participation will be disqualified and any prizes will be forfeited.
• Participants will be notified if any rule changes are required during a tournament.

9Responsible Betting Policy

Ccpoker takes responsible betting seriously. We want every member to keep betting a fun and enjoyable experience.

• Account registration and use of the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age.
• Users can set their own deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits.
• To self-exclude, contact support — you can take a temporary break or permanently close your account.
• If signs of problem gambling are detected, ccpoker may also review the account and proactively offer support.

10Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Ccpoker reserves the right to suspend or close any account if:

• A breach of the terms and conditions is established.
• Evidence of fraud, bot usage, or system manipulation is found.
• False or incomplete information is provided during the KYC process.
• Signs of money laundering or suspicious transaction activity have been detected.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded after verification.

11Terms & Conditions Update Policy

Ccpoker may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or an on-site notice.

• Continued use of ccpoker after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If a user does not accept the updated terms, they may request account closure.
• The date of the latest update will be noted at the top of this page.
